Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item at no extra cost to you.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused, with original tags

  • In the original packaging with the seal intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: If the seal is broken or the item is used, we cannot accept the return as the product can no longer be resold.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items

  • Health-related products

How to Start a Return:

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send the product.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or not as described

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method or bank account.

Please note: It may take 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Partial COD Refund (if applicable):

If you paid a COD deposit (e.g., ₹99), this amount will not be refunded in the following cases:

  • Order is cancelled after shipment

  • You are unavailable at delivery time

  • You provide an incomplete or incorrect address

  • You refuse to accept the order

This amount goes towards non-refundable shipping & logistics costs.
