Shipping policy

📦 Shipping Rates:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders — both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD).
There are no extra handling or shipping charges.

💰 Partial COD:

If you choose Partial COD:

A ₹99 deposit is required to confirm your COD order.

Please note: This ₹99 deposit is non-refundable in the following situations:

Order is cancelled after it has been shipped
You are unavailable at the time of delivery
You provide an incomplete or incorrect address
You refuse to accept the order upon delivery

This charge covers part of our shipping and logistics cost, which is non-recoverable from courier partners.

⏱️ Order Processing:

We process and pack orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will be handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days.
Our business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

🚚 Shipping Time:

We try our best to deliver within 3–4 working days for most serviceable pin codes.

However, delivery times may vary due to:

Weather disruptions
Remote delivery locations
Strikes or transport issues
Inventory delays or festive rush

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment status in real time.
